This work will then extend to a social-study of your relationships, both personal and/or professional, to further your growth in creating the life you want and deserve.
Along the way, you’ll experiment with multiple tools for regulation and expression, curating what works for you into patterns of support that will lead to your personal/professional fulfillment.
